High TG PCBrefers to printed circuit boards whose Tg values are usually above 170°C. In contrast, standard PCBs are usually manufactured using materials with Tg values of around 140°C and can withstand operating temperatures of around 110°C.
Features of High TG PCB:
1. High heat resistance: High TG PCB can maintain stable mechanical and electrical properties at higher temperatures, reducing problems such as softening, deformation, melting, etc. caused by high temperature.
2. Low coefficient of thermal expansion: Low CTE (coefficient of thermal expansion) can reduce warping caused by temperature factors and reduce copper fracture at hole corners caused by thermal expansion.
3. Excellent chemical resistance: Able to maintain good performance during wet processing and chemical immersion.
